End-to-end supply chain transformation to support Agristo’s growth​

Challenge

An ambitious long-term growth plan and a growing manufacturing footprint, created the urgency to transform the supply chain to make sure customer promise can be realized on a day-to-day basis. ​

Solution

We began by establishing a supply chain strategy aligned with the overall business objectives. From there, we designed the target operating model, redesigned the end-to-end planning processes & tactics, and developed an integrated roadmap that connects process-, organization-, and system-related improvement initiatives.​

In the next phase, we facilitated the selection of a new supply chain planning tool. During implementation, we were responsible for detailing out critical planning processes, managing the project, driving change management, implementing master data governance, and training end users.​

Results

We’re in it for the long run. We didn’t stop at the high-level design but supported Agristo throughout the implementation to ensure tangible results. While tool implementers focus on the system, we focused on processes, organization, and change to ensure the new solution was successfully integrated into the organization. Only then true value is created.​
